{"id":19643,"date":"2024-04-15T13:53:13","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T11:53:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultant.wpenginepowered.com\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-pipeline-engineer-3003389\/"},"modified":"2024-04-15T13:53:13","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T11:53:13","slug":"senior-pipeline-engineer-3003389","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-pipeline-engineer-3003389\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Pipeline Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Senior Pipeline Engineer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p>On behalf of our client, an oil&amp;gas operator, we are currently looking for a Pipeline Lead Consultant.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Pipeline\u00a0Lead \u2013 Reeled\/Bundle Pipeline &amp; Spools\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Pipeline Lead is responsible for the design and delivery of the project Pipeline &amp; Spool (kits) package during all project execution stages (detailed design, engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning and operation).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The Pipeline &amp; Spools package in the project includes the full extent of hardware delivery scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>The Pipeline Lead shall ensure that:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design is in compliance with basis of design and functional requirements<\/li>\n<li>Engineering is performed in accordance with regulations, codes and standards<\/li>\n<li>Fabrication is followed up in line with expected standards of HSE, Quality, Time and Cost.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Product is ready for Installation and punch items are properly followed up prior to loadout \/ tow out\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Provide discipline input to the Pre-Commissioning plan and Operational Philosophy for the specific package (operation, maintenance and inspection) and to give input to operational readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>During all execute phases, the Pipeline Lead will:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate and expedite required project package interfaces between Project delivery lines &amp; Operations<\/li>\n<li>Integrate and expedite the progress of MOC\u2019s TQs and NCs towards Project \/ Asset for the specific package<\/li>\n<li>Define company input to ITP, and follow up of any ITP findings\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to fulfil Company \u201csee to it\u201d duty, responsible for site follow up via fabrication representatives and inspectors, based on criticality assessments<\/li>\n<li>Communicate leading performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Schedule in liaison with fabrication reps., Quality manager and HSE manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>The Pipeline Lead works in close cooperation with Package Delivery Leads to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Company specifications, functional requirement and experience is incorporated to design, testing and installation\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate required input and guidelines from Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>The Pipeline Lead has the mandate to:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Make decisions and on behalf of Company within the framework of basis of design, functional requirements and MLC. Decisions outside this framework shall be lifted to the Engineering Manager or Construction Manager<\/li>\n<li>Decline or approve (with support of correct Manager or TA) vendor proposals of changes, MOC\u2019s or TQs from sub vendors\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>With the Pipeline Lead role, the project ensures that :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible to deliver specific packages in accordance to specifications and requirements (RFOC) for full extent of scope.
