This is a long contract based in Oslo, with some travel to construction sites in Fitjar and Samnanger required.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As team member of the commissioning team, contribute to deliver the LV system according to plan and cost, and assist in ensuring the Project Team delivers in accordance with project schedule and project mandate.<\/p>\n<p>Assist in preparation of schedule input, cost input, Commissioning (preparation, planning, execution), Leader for Safety (FSE) and handover.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Role, responsibilities, and tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Completion Engineer Electrical shall perform, and control completion and commissioning activities related to electrical systems, including planning, preparation, execution, and hand over to next phase.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain safe working routines during execution of construction and commissioning to ensure that all work performed is made in full compliance with Yggdrasil PfS safety regulation to maintain objectives of zero incidents, injuries, and losses.<\/li>\n<li>Review contractors&#039; installation procedures for Electrical apparatus.<\/li>\n<li>Participate during establishment of contractors&#039; commissioning team with competence and capacity to perform commissioning on the electrical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reviewing and creating commissioning procedures on dedicated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Issue and maintain commissioning boundary documentation for efficient construction and commissioning schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the commissioning activities during all phases to enable a safe and efficient commissioning execution of electrical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Secure sufficient training and development of personnel within the commissioning organization related to electrical installations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in MC verification of equipment and packages in order to obtain Ready for Commissioning status to secure a smooth transfer of Commissioning Packages from Construction to Commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up punch work in the field and punch list documentation and clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that drawings\/documents are marked up with changes identified during commissioning and that as-built documentation is updated accordingly by the responsible contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Experience transfer from\/to other relevant projects and towards the base organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and follow up risks and opportunities related to construction and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and verify all procedures and work instructions used during commissioning and ensure that those are well understood by relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assessment of provisions for commissioning in design.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and maintain a close and good relationship with the contractor and operation.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, execute, and supervise the performance of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handover of the facility to Operation by issuing RFOC (Ready for Operation Certificates).<\/li>\n<li>Participating in development of strategies, budget, plans\/schedules, procedures, routines, ATS requirements, FAT, UFAT, RISK and work processes for commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and propose needed temporaries for commissioning execution<\/li>\n<li>Recommend Commissioning SPIR<\/li>\n<li>Participate in relevant engineering and construction meetings to obtain and ensure commissioning task execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This position requires close interaction with the following disciplines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Support<\/li>\n<li>Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Construction<\/li>\n<li>Contractor Commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Statnett<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required experience, qualifications and abilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Results and safety oriented<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience from oil and gas projects is a requirement.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of FEF &amp;
