Here you will be responsible for control completion and commissioning activities related to SAS systems and networks, including planning, preparation, execution, and hand over to Operation\/Plant Integrity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Primary Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain safe working routines during execution of commissioning to ensure that all work performed is made in full compliance with safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate during establishment of a commissioning team to perform commissioning on the SAS systems.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for producing \u2013 writing commissioning procedures on dedicated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Issue and maintain commissioning boundary documentation for efficient construction and commissioning schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Secure sufficient training and development of personnel within the commissioning department.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in MC verification of equipment and packages in order to obtain Ready for Commissioning status.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up punch work in the field and punch list documentation and clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that drawings\/documents are marked up with changes identified during commissioning and that as-built documentation is updated accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and follow up risks and opportunities related to commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and verify all procedures and work instructions used during commissioning and ensure that those are well understood by relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assessment of provisions for commissioning in design.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and maintain a close and good relationship with the contractor and operation.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handover of the facility to Operation by issuing TAC (Technical Acceptance Certificate) and RFOC (Ready for Operation Certificates).<\/li>\n<li>Participating in development of strategies, budget, plans\/schedules, procedures, routines, ATS requirements, FAT, UFAT, RISK and work processes for commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend Commissioning SPIR<\/li>\n<li>Participate in relevant engineering and construction meetings to ensure task execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0You will work closely with Project Support, Engineering, Construction, Operations, HVAC Electro, and the SAS delivery team.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Desired experience and qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or equivalent in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Experience from oil and gas projects on the NCS is necessary.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You are good at stakeholder management, and can easily cooperate with a range of people, teams and third parties.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive activities to be completed on schedule<\/li>\n<li><strong>Candidates must be eligible to work in Norway.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a 2-year contract based in Oslo, with some travel required.
