Here you will be assisting Senior Management with day-to-day operations and on specific projects across the organization.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Competence Requirements \t<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s or Master&#039;s degree.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years&#039; experience working with the administrative area, preferably with larger companies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good digital skills \u2013 M365 and SAP knowledge is an advantage.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You are good at collaborating with a range of people, embodying a service-minded attitude.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with the willingness to learn and transform through innovation and continuous improvement.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and written<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This role is based in Stavanger.
