In this role, you will use your understanding of the natural gas markets and analytical abilities to both ensure compliance and follow-up complex contracts.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You will also have the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibilities as you progress through your assignment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Tasks and responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assure commercial flow and value creation through financial follow up of complex contracts for the purchase and sale of Natural Gas.<\/li>\n<li>Operate digital contract configuration.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform incoming and outgoing invoicing.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Deliver on financial and non-financial regulatory reporting for countries with operations.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and ensure compliance processes (SOX).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform or provide input to accruals and financial reconciliations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work with continuous improvement initiatives.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Be a part of the digital transformation of Dealhandling Gas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Desired qualifications and experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education in finance, business, etc. is beneficial, but experience can compensate.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting, finance, and SOX compliance experience from the oil and gas sector is a requirement, herein minimum 4 years.<\/li>\n<li>You have an analytical mindset, structured and with an ability to focus on details.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel base and solid proficiency in O365 tools, preferably knowledge of PowerBI and automation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ETRM and Power Platforms systems are beneficial.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a 1-year contract based in Stavanger, with desired start-date in september.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Interested?<\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like the next step for you, then we look forward to receiving your application!
