When agreed with the PM, the role shall act in a combined role as lead coordinator of specific deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Competencies and Experiences:<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skilled professional with good technical and multidiscipline overview<\/li>\n<li>Experience from early phase and EPCI projects and with one or more project delivery lines (Subsurface, D&amp;W, Facilities, Operation)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic project management (planning, cost control, project reporting, procurement, HSSEQ elements, risk management, project performance)<\/li>\n<li>Communication and facilitation skills are competencies that are highly emphasized for this role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Main Responsibilities and deliverables:<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate input to the Project Execution Plan and ensure alignment across the entire Project Team by contributing to good cooperation and communication across units and levels.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documents for and support Decision Gate presentation, project risk management and stakeholder management. Support management review and other assurance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to management of change for the project.<\/li>\n<li>Promote continuous improvement through the project and support, document and manage learning across the project team and towards other projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Contract period: 01.10.2024 \u2013 31.12.2025<\/p>\n<p>Work location: B\u00e6rum.
