This is an exciting role that combines document management with data\/information security. This role can be led from multiple locations (see above), and some international travel will be involved.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Description about project\/department\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>The Information &amp; Data Management department supporting the offshore wind projects has a high activity level due to investment projects in execution. The department is supporting offshore wind development projects across the globe. Our client is currently looking for someone who will actively contribute to their projects in execution and\/or someone keen to help them identify improved and new ways of balancing information sharing and information protection.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Description about tasks and responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure management of project information and documentation according to Company requirements or local legislation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Pending on need, represent the information and data management discipline in offshore wind projects across the globe and coordinate our tasks according to Company best practice and industry standards.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure traceability, future retrieval, and correct accessibility of all business-critical documentation throughout the project- and asset life cycle.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Establish routines and implement and maintain systems for all business critical technical and administrative documentation in project teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient information flow towards the asset organization.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Improve data security as well as data accessibility by actively contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at simplification and automation of access management.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform system access administration in line with Company security guidelines and policies, and identify ways to empower end users\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to identify new ways of working with regards to data protection, data visualization and monitoring\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Competence Requirements\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or Master Degree in Library and Information Science, Data and Information Management or similar educational background OR Bachelor\/ Master&#039;s degree in Information Technology disciplines.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Power Platform and other document management tools.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5 years of relevant experience from energy development projects is preferable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from offshore wind projects or experience with information security and access management will be considered an advantage.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability and interest in working in international multidiscipline project teams.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, and with good abilities to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Simplification and improvement focused.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As a consultant with us, you will receive competitive compensation and benefits, and regular follow-up throughout your assignment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Interested?<\/h3>\n<p>Then we look forward to hearing from you!
