Here you will work with operational procurement from A-Z, including:\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Work tasks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and operationalize new agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of POs and follow-up on them.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to the purchasing manager in case of deviations, changes or delays. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Manage framework agreements, project-specific contracts and call-offs.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate offers from suppliers with a focus on project needs, cost and value creation.<\/li>\n<li>Work actively to improve purchasing and contracting within your segment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with contracts, identify and manage risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Desired qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience with purchasing within the energy sector is a requirement, including at least 5 years.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience from construction projects and purchasing materials for these is advantageous.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of contract management and regulations in accordance with these.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SAP and Contiki, as you will use these extensively in your work.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Norwegian, written and spoken.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a 1-year assignment, with the possibility of an extension of up to 2 years.
