You will also be responsible for maintaning an overview of the interfaces towards contractor\u2019s systems, Pims Modules, and other systems.<\/p>\n<p>You will ensure consistent use of the Pims CMS according to governing documents, and support personnel with knowledge and training in the relevant project(s).<\/p>\n<p>You will own the access control function on a project or asset level, but may delegate access to the Completion Data System Coordinator as necessary.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Main responsibilities and deliverables<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Configuration and setup of completion systems according to governing documentation. (Including CMS, WO, WPR, ATS, Queries, LUN, and SAS Change log).<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate completion systems and processes forum within the project and raise improvement proposals and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the review of project completion documents within the assigned project.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assign job tasks and follow up completion systems coordinators within the Asset\/Project.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update user manuals, quick guides and training presentations within project completion systems and processes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the project and the basis completion organisation, and be responsible for communicating all changes in completion systems and processes, using MOC when required.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assist with handover and handover meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Set up weekly and monthly reports for completion systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Desired experience and qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience with interface management\/coordination is a requirement, and experience from the oil and gas industry is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Interface management experience must be from large projects.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong competencies in PIMS software.<\/li>\n<li>You are good at stakeholder management, and can easily communicate with a range of team members, colleagues, and third-parties.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a long contract, lasting until mid-2027, and our client would like the right candidate to start as soon as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The position is based in Oslo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Interested?<\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like something for you, then we look forward to hearing from you!
