{"id":21304,"date":"2024-12-31T23:14:14","date_gmt":"2024-12-31T22:14:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-project-completion-engineer-commissioning-3003739\/"},"modified":"2024-12-31T23:14:14","modified_gmt":"2024-12-31T22:14:14","slug":"commissioning-engineer-3003739","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/commissioning-engineer-3003739\/","title":{"rendered":"Commissioning Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Commissioning Engineer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>  Oslo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration: <\/strong>ASAP \u2013 31.03.2027<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Commissioning Engineer with experience commissioning network equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This position is fully mobile with base location onshore office Oslo. <strong>Mobilization to construction site in Batam, Indonesia, Stavanger or Egersund for a period, prior to mobilizing to Stord site is a requirement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation phase with review and verification of documentation and drawings that are relevant to MC and Commissioning of designated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Provide engineering input<\/li>\n<li>Estimation and planning of commissioning scope of work onshore and offshore for designated systems, including input to plan.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently to plan and execute MC follow-up and commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in MC punch outs and FATs at supplier sites.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver input and update progress into project completion system PIMS.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review, and implementation of commissioning procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and Interact with different departments and disciplines to ensure efficient execution of commissioning, with a high focus on HSSE.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and follow up risks and opportunities related to commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and call off ATS as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Manage assistance personnel from contractors and other resources providing services<\/li>\n<li>Ensure spare parts and special tools are available prior to execution of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and ensure first fills are available in a timely fashion and perform first fills.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to ensure that a high level of focus is maintained on health, safety, and the environment to achieve clients&#039; expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate commissioning assistance and support as required.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in discipline MC punch rounds at sites for designated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute commissioning activities in a timely manner based on the Commissioning plan.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Experience required<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc. Or MSc in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education \/ experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years Commissioning experience from NORSOK projects is a requirement.<\/li>\n<li>System-based commissioning knowledge and understanding.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Project Completion Systems and document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with PIMS is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning engineers &amp; technicians to achieve timely execution of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Interested?\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like the next assignment for you, then we look forward to receiving your CV.
