Relevant experience in technical safety may compensate for formal qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5+ relevant work experience within project support.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Oil and gas offshore experience is preferred, either from operation support or engineering.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience within all or some of the following technical safety areas of competence is preferred: active fire protection, passive fire protection, escape, evacuation and rescue, and layout design principles and explosion barriers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with risk management (ALARP, HAZID, HAZOP), and ability to identify, communicate, and manage risk.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Norwegian technical requirements and standards, and ability to communicate requirements and show direction towards internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Positive attitude and a strong team player with a global mindset.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0High ethical standards, and ability to live by our safety and security expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Good written and communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
