{"id":21322,"date":"2024-10-14T23:16:36","date_gmt":"2024-10-14T21:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/business-analyst-3003762\/"},"modified":"2024-10-14T23:16:36","modified_gmt":"2024-10-14T21:16:36","slug":"business-analyst-3003762","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/business-analyst-3003762\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Business Analyst<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Stavanger<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration: <\/strong>01.10.2024 \u2013 31.12.2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Translate business needs into IT technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Propose improvements to business processes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Analyze, define and select preferred solutions together with business on agreed templates<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Understand the system cluster of IT systems within their responsibility and build knowledge\/relationship with appropriate vendors.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Participate in the establishment of new IT contracts.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Give input to appropriate budget processes regarding future improvements and enhancements<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Participate in application user forums when agreed<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Liaison between Business, IT organization and the delivery organization ensuring an effective service delivery according to Lean principles (incl. improvement activities and Lessons Learned process).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Oversee the launch of solutions and help maximize the positive impact on the organization<\/li>\n<li>Help business organization in clarifying business IT demands and ensure they are efficiently met by the IT delivery organization<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Solution evaluation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Strategy analysis<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Requirements analysis and design definition<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Solution architecture evaluation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Estimation of required resources related to information management, data management and information technology for project startups<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Together with the customer build domain\/area\/system road maps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Higher education within IT or Business (minimum 3 years)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Knowledge and practical experience on Lean and digitalization of business is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Team\/Managing experience from companies with high complexity and highly skilled co workers.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, related Operation of fields;
