The role as Digitalisation Analyst will cover activities related to the digitalisation roadmap, further develop the pre-ops digital twin, implement IT applications, support Life Cycle Information (LCI) and Document Management (DM) personnel, work on technical IT integrations, etc. The role requires domain experience and knowledge of offshore processes, requirements and systems.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Main responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p>The role will report to the IM\/IT\/digitalisation manager. Main tasks will be two<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and follow up digitalisation initiatives to meet operations and maintenance strategy<\/li>\n<li>Plan, prepare and follow-up deliveries within IT application enhancements and new functionality<\/li>\n<li>Be part of a team developing technical integrations\/data pipelines and dashboards, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Work with partners and other relevant development projects to ensure robust IT infrastructure and network as part of the project execution<\/li>\n<li>Interact and work closely with the existing organization (digital and operations)<\/li>\n<li>Understand and manage the impact of change management based on digital initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Take on tasks and initiatives as needed in the IM\/IT\/Digitalisation team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate with several years&#039; experience who has the following key qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with information management and IT\/digitalisation in the oil and gas industry is required, here at least 3 years.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding and competence within IT\/digital<\/li>\n<li>Practical and relevant experience with Power BI dashboards and Power apps, cloud technologies, databases and SQL\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with DAX and other relevant tools for creating reports and monitoring data quality.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience and understanding of LCI information\/data (management, use and needs)<\/li>\n<li>Experience from oil and gas operation, preferably within engineering, maintenance, production \/ multi-discipline understanding<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and English languages<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note: Candidates must be eligible for work in Norway. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Personal qualities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured, open-minded, proactive\/take initiative, deliver in accordance with plans\/expectations<\/li>\n<li>Analytical with problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player with the ability to build relationships and support stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Good communication abilities as well as strong collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Open minded team player with ability to influence, share knowledge and interface with a wide range of teams \/ disciplines \/ strategic partners<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, takes initiative, drives work forward. Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The position is located in Stavanger. Some travel may be required.
