Liaison between the resource department, construction, prefab and project.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Reception of personnel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize the reception process for hired personnel, including assisting with registering (opening \/ blocking) personnel in the HR system and following up on the completion of safety training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practical guidance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide newly arrived personnel with necessary information about applicable competency requirements, entry procedures, and meeting times\/places.<\/li>\n<li>Inform employees about locker facilities, break rooms, canteen and parking options. Assign keys to lockers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on personnel who are missing or have defective required protective equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competency check and follow-up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify that personnel have the required competence, courses and certificates, including HSE courses, compliance courses and project-specific familiarization courses, before they are allowed to start work.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate training at the welding school for personnel who require it, and follow up on their completion of the necessary training.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison between the resource coordinator and project and work management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting and documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Together with resource coordinators and course coordinator, ensure that all information about personnel, course participation and competence is correctly registered in the company&#039;s systems.<\/li>\n<li>Report and follow up on lack of competence, course certificates, and ensure that necessary measures are implemented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to convey important information to new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Good language skills \u2013 English and Scandinavian.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with course administration and competency systems, as well as monitoring of personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HSE requirements and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the textile and supplier industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service-minded and ability to communicate clearly with personnel at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Structured and solution-oriented with good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills and ability to act as a liaison between different departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
