They are now looking for a Project Manager to work on digitalization in Supply Chain.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The candidate will participate in activities and improvement work related to digitalization in Supply Chain. You will be part of a team that collaborates to solve improvements with ongoing deliveries. Important applications to support Supply Chain processes and digital transformation include SAP, SAP Fiori and Ivalua.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of Supply Chain &amp; Logistics in the oil and gas industry, associated processes, an above-average digital interest, and the ability to drive projects at the intersection of disciplines and the technical development environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities and tasks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, define and document business processes and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient handling of changes, solution development, testing and implementation thereof<\/li>\n<li>User support and change management, including training when needed and updating user documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support across the application portfolio in relevant topics<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to and understand how data flows to and from SAP, Ivalua and other core applications<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing strategy and goals for SCM transformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>College\/university, relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education<\/li>\n<li>Experience with purchasing processes, preferably within the oil industry<\/li>\n<li>Good digital understanding and knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ERP systems, master data and concepts around IT architecture<\/li>\n<li>Experience with project management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with change processes and change management<\/li>\n<li>Seeking, responsible, predictable, committed and respectful<\/li>\n<li>Structured and systematic<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and solution-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Good at communication and stakeholder management\u00ab<\/li>\n<li>Delivery-oriented and self-driven, but also a good team player<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a 6 month assignment, and our client wants to start soon.
