{"id":21438,"date":"2024-12-05T09:18:59","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T08:18:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/hvac-work-preparation-3003907\/"},"modified":"2024-12-05T09:18:59","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T08:18:59","slug":"hvac-work-preparation-3003907","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/hvac-work-preparation-3003907\/","title":{"rendered":"HVAC Work Preparation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'> HVAC Work Preparation<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Worktasks:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and issue work packs for fabrication and installation<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with the project plan for own area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver according to plan<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all material required for job is connected and reserved<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all the task included in the job with sufficient hours to perform<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all necessary drawings connected and make sure that latest drawings are connected\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive to request missing information when required<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report to Line Manager wrong\/missing information in drawings<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the correct approval steps are included in the job pack\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Inform Line Manager as soon as possible of any concerns or delays<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to develop a high technical skill within the area of work<\/li>\n<li>Send work pack to Hall planner when material is available<\/li>\n<li>Perform IDC checking on respective discipline Work<\/li>\n<li>Other HVAC related work will occur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>HVAC engineer with minimum 5 year experience with O&amp;G projects.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of relevant standards ISO and Norsok<\/li>\n<li>Good commercial mindset and solution oriented<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the work prep team as a good team player<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills in Norwegian and English<\/li>\n<li>High focus within Quality and HSE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 months with possible extension&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English \u2013 Required<\/li>\n<li>Norwegian (or Scandinavian) \u2013 Preferred\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
