This includes revision control, retention requirements and review\/approval workflows when needed, including correspondence management.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Provide consumer-oriented guidance and support in following processes and using tools. Respond to consumers&#039; requests, eg, finding, updating, categorization etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Superuser for system configuration in Pims and\/or D2, SharePoint and Teams Advise on lifecycle requirements for documents and content, including subcontractors and\/or strategic partners, to ensure the work is completed according to plan and contracts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Monitor how documents and content are consumed, people who have accessed and systems in which different copies of documents are stored\/linked.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Have an understanding of quality in document and content management. Support activities to identify opportunities for greater automation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Required Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years&#039; experience with document and information management in field development projects as Operator<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in document and information management<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Data and Information Management framework terminology, preferably formal education\/courses within this area<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of E&amp;P company&#039;s value chain<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Document management systems, preferably PIMS and Documentum D2<\/li>\n<li>Super user experience in Office 365 products, especially Teams and Sharepoint<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Norwegian and English language, written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>We also think you will do well if you are:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured and quality oriented<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration skills and team player attitude<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, takes initiative, drives work forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a 3-year contract based in Stavanger, and our client would like the candidate to start as soon as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like the assignment for you, then we look forward to receiving your CV!
