The improvement project will cover all stages of our Project Process, from Preparing for Project Entry to Close-out. The Project Execution department is responsible for input regarding Engineering, Technical Integration and Facility Project Management. For this work, they want to strengthen their team.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Project Development Process, we have other ongoing Improvement Initiatives, including digital, where project development competence is key. Such tasks are also relevant for the role.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The Project Engineer will work together with relevant managers in Project Execution, Project Managers and Technical Integrators in our organization, and will be responsible for the quality of our input to the updated processes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The role reports to Manager Project Execution.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Quality input to updated Project Development Processes and other improvement initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Contact with relevant roles in organization to enable cross-functional input<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure that the appropriate activities are executed within the agreed timeframe<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Efficient delivery of relevant tasks<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Experienced project engineer with broad exposure to full life cycle projects in the oil and gas industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with improving governing processes and systems<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience from digitization initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to lead and drive change<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Structured and solution oriented<\/p>\n<p>Location: Stavanger<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
