{"id":21468,"date":"2025-01-02T13:15:51","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T12:15:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-improvement-and-performance-professional-3003939\/"},"modified":"2025-01-02T13:15:51","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T12:15:51","slug":"senior-improvement-and-performance-professional-3003939","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-improvement-and-performance-professional-3003939\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Improvement and Performance Professional"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Senior Improvement and Performance Professional<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Improvement &amp; Performance Professional for their SCM &amp; Logistics department.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here you will work with portfolio management of the SCM&amp;Log Improvement Portfolio with a focus on value\/benefit realization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tasks &amp; responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving delivery of the overall improvement portfolio \u2013 ensuring progress according to plan and the early escalation of issues<\/li>\n<li>Ensure our prioritized improvements have a clear business case and the document benefits\/value delivered by these improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and prioritization of new initiative proposals \u2013 adapt the portfolio in response to changes in business environment, market conditions or strategic priorities<\/li>\n<li>Integration and alignment of initiatives that impact, or are impacted by, initiatives outside of SCM&amp;Log<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder engagement \u2013 communication of portfolio progress, risks, outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Project management and hands-on delivery of individual SCM&amp;Log initiatives \u2013 from scoping to successful implementation and value outtake<\/li>\n<li>Align with and support improvements initiated outside of SCM&amp;Log \u2013 ensuring integration where needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Desired qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Experience from a similar role in the oil and gas sector is a requirement.<\/strong> In addition, ideally you will also have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant higher education in for example Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management\/Logistics, etc.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading improvement and performance management activities in a large organization.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with stakeholder management.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting market research and risk analysis, adjusting performance objectives accordingly.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English is a requirement, fluent Norwegian is advantageous.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Candidates must be eligible for work in Norway. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a 1-year contract based in Stavanger, and our client would like the successful candidate to start in January 2025.
