The Commissioning Lead will ensure that commissioning requirements are carried out safely, efficiently, and ensure they meet all the client&#039;s project and operational requirements.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Role, responsibilities and tasks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Commissioning planning input, direction, guidance and supervision of commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to the commissioning schedule<\/li>\n<li>Establish commissioning procedures<\/li>\n<li>Commissioning scoping in PIMS PES (WO&#039;s)<\/li>\n<li>Link scope of work to required commissioning check lists<\/li>\n<li>Identify commissioning spares, temporaries, and first fill needs<\/li>\n<li>Identify commissioning assistance from suppliers, contractors &amp; operations<\/li>\n<li>Participate in FAT\/EFAT at contractors<\/li>\n<li>Participate in relevant ITP activities<\/li>\n<li>Participate in punch out and handover from Construction (RFCC)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and participate in living up of systems<\/li>\n<li>Lead and perform commissioning activities (offshore)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in handover to Operation (RFOC)<\/li>\n<li>Support project closeout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Experience, qualifications and abilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc. Or MSc in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education \/ experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within processes and utilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience from NORSOK projects.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Project Completion Systems and document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with PIMS CMS and PIMS PES (recommended)<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with SAS testing<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with SCD&#039;s and C&amp;E&#039;s<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Functional Safety Standards IEC 61508 vs IEC 61511<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with brownfield projects (recommended)<\/li>\n<li>Offshore project execution experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Desired personal characteristics<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated with a willingness to learn from others and work with minimal direction.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and the ability to work well within a team<\/li>\n<li>Actively seeks out expertise and best practice, related to own area of contribution.<\/li>\n<li>Willingly takes the lead when challenges arise.<\/li>\n<li>Actively promotes open and effective communication.<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and organizing ability.<\/li>\n<li>Builds networks to enhance effectiveness and share knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Looks for ways to do things better, faster, more efficiently according to LEAN principles.<\/li>\n<li>Focuses effort and prioritizes work to deliver business value.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the English and Norwegian languages (both written and verbal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This position is fully mobile with base location onshore office Stavanger.
