This is a 2-year assignment, located in Bergen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Typical tasks will be:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create purchasing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Issue request documents for major equipment and services in close collaboration with the engineer<\/li>\n<li>Commercial assessment of offers<\/li>\n<li>Issue purchase orders and contracts for complex procurement packages<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery within the right time frame, cost and quality<\/li>\n<li>Professional variation management<\/li>\n<li>Management of risks, discrepancies and invoices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company guidelines, work instructions and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Be the single point of contact for commercial discussions with suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is considered a natural part of the job to always work on improvements, reduce internal and external risks and costs, and improve delivery quality and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s or Master&#039;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Engineering and similar<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in purchasing from the oil industry is a requirement, at least 5 years.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Norwegian and English is a requirement.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You also need to have a commercial mindset and a good understanding of contracts.<\/li>\n<li>You have good collaboration skills and are good at mobilizing multiple parties to get projects done.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP ERP is beneficial.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As a consultant with us, you will receive competitive terms and conditions, as well as regular follow-up throughout the course of your assignment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Interested? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like your next assignment, we look forward to receiving your CV!
