This is a 5 month assignment, with the possibility of extension.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You are probably at the beginning of your logistics career and have relevant education in logistics, purchasing, finance and administration or similar, and preferably some relevant experience from part-time jobs or internships.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Product card processing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update and maintain item cards regularly to ensure accurate data for purchasing, inventory management and order fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely updating of cost prices in the system according to supplier changes or price reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ERP 3.0 Implementation Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the transition to ERP 3.0, ensuring that item cards, cost prices, and other supply chain data are properly migrated and updated.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for training team members in new ERP features and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kitting and packaging support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to assembling integrator packages, ensuring that all components are accurately assembled and packaged for distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory of materials used in puttying and ensure materials are reordered when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Firmware updates for company hardware<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team in updating and managing firmware in the company&#039;s hardware products, ensuring that devices are ready for deployment or shipment.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments (e.g. hardware development, quality assurance) to ensure proper firmware control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coordination of logistics and warehouse<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with logistics management and ensure seamless integration with third-party warehouses in Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, in close collaboration with third-party logistics providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost control and process optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate data on shipping costs, supplier fees, and inventory turnover to optimize cost efficiency across the entire supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing more efficient ways to manage inventory, logistics and purchasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-functional collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with purchasing, operations, sales and other departments to ensure that all purchasing activities are aligned with business goals and customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Help resolve supply chain issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on customer delivery schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Desired experience, qualifications and characteristics <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in logistics, purchasing, finance and administration or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations support roles.
