{"id":21548,"date":"2025-02-16T23:18:57","date_gmt":"2025-02-16T22:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-automation-engineer-3004026\/"},"modified":"2025-02-16T23:18:57","modified_gmt":"2025-02-16T22:18:57","slug":"senior-automation-engineer-3004026","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-automation-engineer-3004026\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Automation Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Senior Automation Engineer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Title<\/strong>: Senior Automation Engineer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Stavanger<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: ASAP &#8211; 31\/12\/2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce\/understand new documentation and drawings such as Cauce&amp;Effect, System Control Diagrams (SCD) diagrams, loop drawings for process, Fire&amp;Gas and safety systems; IS Loop Calculations.<\/li>\n<li>Revise existing documentation and drawings.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Produce work packages for installation.<\/li>\n<li>Produce deliverables for studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work.<\/li>\n<li>Produce documentation for Safety and Automation Systems (SAS)<\/li>\n<li>Discipline check and approval of produced documents and drawings in the project.<\/li>\n<li>Order all instrument materials needed for offshore installation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to understand P&amp;IDs and drawings from different disciplines.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Discussions with Client and vendor representatives in order to find optimal technical solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or Masters degree in Instrumentation\/Automation<\/li>\n<li>Good experience with SAS systems in modification projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Kongsberg SAS systems is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Long experience, 7 to 12 years, within offshore related projects<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant standards such as NPD, ATEX, IEC61892 and Norsok\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of modifications on onshore installations when in operation<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in Studies and Front End Loading (FEL) work.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in several process &amp; utility systems, incl. Platform Control Systems, Fire&amp;Gas and safety system.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of instruments and electrical equipment used in the oil industry.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the differences in using hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical solutions in safety systems<\/li>\n<li>Basic EX course (6-8 hours online or 22,5 hours in classroom)<\/li>\n<li>FSE high- and low voltage with first aid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Interested?<\/h3>\n<p>Candidates will be reviewed continuously.
