{"id":21552,"date":"2025-05-30T23:11:53","date_gmt":"2025-05-30T21:11:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/field-engineer-3004033\/"},"modified":"2025-05-30T23:11:53","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T21:11:53","slug":"field-engineer-3004033","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/field-engineer-3004033\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Field Engineer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>On behalf of a client, we are seeking a field engineer in instrumentation or electrical to assist with the optimization of an onshore facility in the oil and gas sector.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Technical project support is responsible for the technical support for modifications and projects at onshore facilities.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities and tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for technical deliveries within the field, as well as assigned project tasks in the project.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the company&#039;s requirements are understood by the supplier and implemented in the design\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to and quality assure project plans\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Process and recommend amendments\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to procurement and tender evaluations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the establishment of the Assignment Agreement, Design Basis and TORG\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Managing risk and HSE in design\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Required qualifications <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in field instrumentation\/automation AND 8 years of experience, OR Master&#039;s degree in field instrumentation\/automation AND 4 years of experience.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with technical requirements and international standards\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills in English and Scandinavian, written and oral\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Competency requirements\/courses within EX\/Exi<\/li>\n<li>Team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated, responsible and motivated.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good at organizing own work.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Able to contribute to a safe and good working environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a 1-year assignment lasting until 2025, and the customer wants to start immediately.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Work location: M\u00f8re og Romsdal \u2013 Tjeldbergodden<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like the position for you, we look forward to receiving your CV.
