We deliver PO services to leaders and employees across the organization in close cooperation with other PO units and external vendors.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Description about tasks and responsibilities \t<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Part of an operational team with a wide range of tasks.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Our responsibility includes among others onboarding and offboarding of employees in our systems, writing employee contracts, updating employee related information in our HCM solutions (Workday, SAP, Service NOw)<\/li>\n<li>providing support and guidance to leaders and employees (eg timewriting according to guidelines).<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and advice to our organization within offshore, onshore and onshore plants and mobility in Norway.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Competence Requirements \t<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP, Service Now and Workday\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to details: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered correctly\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive employee information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
