{"id":21563,"date":"2025-02-17T23:13:46","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T22:13:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/innkjoper-3004040\/"},"modified":"2025-02-17T23:13:46","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T22:13:46","slug":"innkjoper-3004040","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/innkjoper-3004040\/","title":{"rendered":"Buyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Buyer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On behalf of a client in the oil and gas industry, we are seeking a buyer to assist with operational purchasing and administrative support.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for receiving and processing invoices<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for arranging for invoice approval before payment<\/li>\n<li>Assist with updating and checking purchasing plans<\/li>\n<li>Support buyers in all projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the procurement process from requisition to delivery<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue purchase orders for non-project related purchases<\/li>\n<li>Contact Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of invoices<\/li>\n<li>Handle supplier inquiries and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Desired experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in economics, accounting, purchasing or similar<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SAP is considered an advantage. Training will be provided for candidates without prior SAP experience<\/li>\n<li>You are structured and precise.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Norwegian is a requirement.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Service-minded and a team player, with the ability to interact and develop good working relationships<\/li>\n<li>You are proactive and interested in acquiring knowledge about the project&#039;s operational\/technical scope of work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a 1-year temporary position with the possibility of extension\/permanent beyond this.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Interested?<\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like the position for you, we look forward to hearing from you!
