The department interacts daily with both internal and external stakeholders\/parties, including other supply bases, to ensure similar practices, share experiences and learn from incidents regardless of where they occur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This is a junior position and gives you the opportunity to develop professionally within logistics, and through varied work tasks and gain broad expertise.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Work tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate daily activities at the dock in consultation with customers, vessels and suppliers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient berthing time\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a plan for base deliveries\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate tank washing operations on vessels.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up of bulk operations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to improvement efforts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to safe and efficient operations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and ensure that relevant work processes are followed\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform other tasks within base operations, for example within terminal and technical services as needed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Participation in a shift arrangement may be necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>EITHER a master&#039;s degree in logistics or similar, OR a bachelor&#039;s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills and desire to contribute to a positive working environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>High integrity and ability to take responsibility, work independently, and take initiative for improvement\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good IT\/digitalization skills \u2013 E.g.
