{"id":21566,"date":"2025-04-25T10:13:18","date_gmt":"2025-04-25T08:13:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/hms-3004043\/"},"modified":"2025-04-25T10:13:18","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T08:13:18","slug":"hms-3004043","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/hms-3004043\/","title":{"rendered":"Hms"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Hms<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Key responsibilities <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure effective HSSE plans, management system and tools are implemented to deliver Yard\/Site scope of work in agreement with Projects targets and ambitions.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and drive continuous HSSE improvements, whilst delivering learning back to the project<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient interfaces in place to support overall project success.<\/li>\n<li>Decision making within Alliance based on data and analysis, in agreement with assigned authority with support from relevant project and Alliance Partner roles.<\/li>\n<li>Support Alliance Project Execution Model development and improvement, as well as ensuring implementation and adherence to the HSSE profession in the Alliance as a whole.<\/li>\n<li>Networking and interacting with other Clients Alliances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Main tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work according to the alliance principles, \u201cOne for all, all for one\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Building trust-based relationship, supporting openness and transparency\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate and collaborate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support alliance partners&#039; commercial targets by working as one team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Flow efficient execution by working as one team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Challenge work processes, standards, specifications and support simplification and standardization\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Deliver in agreement with Norwegian law, the clients and Alliance values and governance processes to meet agreed HSSE objectives and targets.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Report bi-weekly HSSE status (KPI\u2019s, opportunities, concerns and issues).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Be visible, proactive and support Alliance management teams in being exemplary HSSE leaders.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure HSSE risk management at management level and that the \u2018line\u2019 apply appropriate HSSE risk management controls.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Active HSSE involvement at all levels of the organization, including follow-up of Alliance projects and involved partners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
