There is one HR Partner (coordinator) and one Rig Admin working per rig here onshore.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job duties:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Booking personnel in DaWinci \/ register and maintain POB in GMS. (Transocean system)<\/li>\n<li>Assigning cabins on board the rig<\/li>\n<li>Assign emergency roles<\/li>\n<li>Book 3rd parties\/IOX<\/li>\n<li>Time tracking<\/li>\n<li>Expense reports\/approvals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong> Qualifications <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably a recent graduate in HR\/Admin\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in coordination is a plus\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
