{"id":21616,"date":"2025-03-12T23:12:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T22:12:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/project-manager-3004084\/"},"modified":"2025-03-12T23:12:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T22:12:35","slug":"project-manager-3004084","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/project-manager-3004084\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Project Manager<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Job duties: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration of the framework agreement&#039;s M&amp;M projects or modification assignments between the company and the customer\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implement and achieve budgeted financial results for the projects under one&#039;s responsibility\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implement all obligations agreed upon for the contract and the requirements contained in the individual project assignments (HSE, quality, financial and planning goals)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Internal and external status reporting, Implementation of corrective actions to ensure optimal project execution\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Manage external interfaces with other contractors\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with the customer&#039;s Representative.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal information flow within the projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that work methods and systems are in accordance with W3 work processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project work is carried out according to the \u201cQuality in Execution\u201d model<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the organization has the required and relevant knowledge of laws, regulations, standards and procedures\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Active management of own project organization.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Active risk and change management of the project portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering, Bachelor or Master degree.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Project manager experience\/ Project engineer experience<\/li>\n<li>Basic safety course\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years of relevant experience from the offshore industry<\/li>\n<li>Good Equinor V&amp;M experience<\/li>\n<li>Technical background and experience<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Be present, open, have a management focus and seek best practices<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive in finding cost-optimal solutions<\/li>\n<li>Be close to customers and your own team, sociable and positive person<\/li>\n<li>Deliver according to or below cost and plan\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, excellent Norwegian and English written and oral skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Structured and tidy<\/li>\n<li>Offshore certificate is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Place: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Harstad\/Hammerfest<\/li>\n<li>Need Project Manager for both Harstad and Hammerfest<\/li>\n<li>This means that the person in question can be located in Bergen\/Stj\u00f8rdal\/Stavanger but must be willing to travel to Harstad or Hammerfest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
