You will be responsible for a wide range and tasks, including:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and follow-up contracts and frame agreements, including handling variation orders, amendments, option assessments, negotiations etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Safeguard correct use of the contract\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with internal partners\/customers\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with suppliers and internal partners, including drilling &amp; well business line\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement initiatives\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Together with Corporate Services, ensure the best commercial agreements by setting and realizing strategic directions and capitalizing on market opportunities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Lead Contract Establishment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead inquiry processes (strategy, inquiry, evaluation, negotiation)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implement and operationalize new agreements, framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Manage agreement <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationships to maximize value for the company\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risks\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\/Master degree in supply chain management, finance, economics or law.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 15 years&#039; experience with relevant contracting work.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills in English and\/or Norwegian.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You have strong business acumen within the oil and gas sector.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You take an interest in the commercial aspects of contract agreements, and are cost-conscious.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You have a high level of professional and personal integrity.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a 1-year contract based in Stavanger or Bergen, with possibilities for extension, and our client would like the successful candidate to start in May 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If this sounds like something for you, then we look forward to receiving your CV!
