{"id":21650,"date":"2025-04-23T08:15:49","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T06:15:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/project-completion-engineer-3004117\/"},"modified":"2025-04-23T08:15:49","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T06:15:49","slug":"project-completion-engineer-3004117","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/project-completion-engineer-3004117\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Completion Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Project Completion Engineer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p>The position will be located at Site, Fitjar\/Samnager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Period: <\/strong>05.05.2025 \u2013 30.11.2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<em>As a team member of the completion team contribute to deliver the system according to plan and cost and assist in ensuring that the project delivers in accordance with clients BMS and project mandate given by the Asset Management Team.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The PTW Coordinator will coordinate and manage the PTW system and ensure stakeholder interaction in the project.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures proper co-ordination of all works to be carried out.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that conflicting permits are brought to the attention of the Completion Lead;<\/li>\n<li>Is the focal point for all permits issued on the Site by MP, including those permits that are suspended, but where the work is not complete.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the PTW Originator and submission requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provides a quality check of the permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue ensuring all the necessary signatures have been obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the CCR in operating the permit office to reflect the status of all MP permit work and isolations. This includes maintaining the permit display board in the control room for MP e-PTW,<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Participates in monitoring, auditing and assurance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the PTW coordination daily meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the activation and deactivation of PTW&#039;s as per PTW procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the original of all work permits and certificates are kept on the Site for the duration of project execution<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that if an accident\/incident occurs, the copy of the work permit and any associated certificate(s) shall be scanned and attached to the incident report (to be recorded into Synergi by the HSE team).
