{"id":21667,"date":"2025-04-29T23:12:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T21:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/innkjoper-3004139\/"},"modified":"2025-04-29T23:12:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T21:12:22","slug":"innkjoper-3004139","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/innkjoper-3004139\/","title":{"rendered":"Buyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Buyer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p><strong> Stavanger or Bergen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Period:<\/strong>30.04.2025 \u2013 29.04.2026<\/p>\n<p><em>You will be part of a team of buyers responsible for the company&#039;s purchasing activities related to the purchase and follow-up of materials and services for the company&#039;s operations across segments, categories and purchasing groups.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job duties:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and follow up on purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maintain safety, security and sustainability in procurement.<\/li>\n<li>Plan the request based on business needs and a commercial mindset.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Search the market and select providers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Create and send request.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate bids and conduct negotiations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Create and send purchase orders.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Get order confirmation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Manage changes and\/or deviations throughout the Plan to Pay process.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain market knowledge.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Supply Chain processes and requirements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Understand the flow of materials and services through the supply chain from plan to payment.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure professional services and communication towards both internal stakeholders and suppliers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant category strategies.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Be an active contributor to continuous improvement and take an active role in delivering on our goals such as increased efficiency, digitalization, robot utilization and seeking new ways of working.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualification zones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>puts safety first and contributes to the goal of zero injuries.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You have knowledge of Supply chain management and purchasing.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, collaborating with business lines, suppliers and colleagues.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You are curious, structured and have a commercial mindset and who take pride in delivering cost-effective, high-quality services to our internal customers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>MS-Office competence, SAP competence, and competence in other relevant digital tools.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>College\/university education at bachelor&#039;s level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
