{"id":21690,"date":"2025-04-21T23:14:06","date_gmt":"2025-04-21T21:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/document-controller-3004164\/"},"modified":"2025-04-21T23:14:06","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T21:14:06","slug":"document-controller-3004164","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/document-controller-3004164\/","title":{"rendered":"Document Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Document Controller<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p>Period:\u00a022.04.2025 &#8211; 31.12.2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfills the department plans and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for document management in individual project or contract<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document control<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation<\/li>\n<li>Enter the actual work instructions and ensure that they are complied with<\/li>\n<li>Registration and follow-up of both Supplier &amp; Engineering documentation<\/li>\n<li>Advise project personnel of the document management requirements<\/li>\n<li>Document progress reporting<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up of Supplier document deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required Education:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant formal, higher education<\/li>\n<li>Long experience may compensate for the lack of higher education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong> Required Work Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant project related experience within the oil and gas industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required Qualifications: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication<\/li>\n<li>Systematic, accurate and independent<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, service minded, seeking advise from others and share own experiences with group\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Use of MS Office standard software.<\/li>\n<li>English language written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of  ProArc and PIMS DC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Location: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Forus (Stavanger)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Syns du dette h\u00f8res som noe for deg?
