Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Material Administration &amp; Start-up Activities: Identify project logistics needs and establish the necessary strategies, including SAP configuration, procurement templates, warehouse coordination, subcontractor management, reporting routines, freight forwarding needs, customs handling, and transportation costs.<\/li>\n<li>Free Issue Materials Coordination: Ensure controlled handling of materials from delivery to utilization for their intended purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Transportation Management: Develop a responsibility matrix for material release and finalize agreements with freight forwarders.<\/li>\n<li>Material Availability Monitoring: Track material balances by type and task to maintain workflow according to plan.<\/li>\n<li>Project Closure: Conduct material reconciliation at the procurement package and project levels.<\/li>\n<li>Surplus Management: Identify and recommend surplus handling strategies, ensuring approval by relevant material owners (typically Customers or Project Managers).<\/li>\n<li>SAP Closing: Participate in project closure activities, clearing out logistic purchase orders, stock transfer orders, requisitions, stock balances, and reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required Education:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related fields (Relevant experience and commitment may compensate for formal education).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required Qualifications: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and ability to work independently as a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.<\/li>\n<li>A flexible, positive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
