{"id":21702,"date":"2025-04-25T23:17:46","date_gmt":"2025-04-25T21:17:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/business-analyst-3004177\/"},"modified":"2025-04-25T23:17:46","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T21:17:46","slug":"business-analyst-3004177","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/business-analyst-3004177\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Business Analyst<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<p>Period: 01.05.2025 \u2013 30.06.2026<\/p>\n<p><em>In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding what the solution should deliver in terms of value, to whom, and how. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We are looking for a candidate with a broad spectrum of skills, who can drive improvements, motivate the SME group to contribute and see opportunities, as well as identify and document challenges to find solutions.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>General description of the role: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mapping work processes and tasks the system will be used for<\/li>\n<li>Leading tasks with SMEs together with NWoW<\/li>\n<li>Allocating tasks to SMEs, ensuring they actively contribute and not just attend meetings<\/li>\n<li>Gathering input<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing and compiling input into a cohesive whole<\/li>\n<li>Detailing the requirements the processes must meet<\/li>\n<li>Specifying how EB should be configured to support the processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that implemented functionality is tested and approved by SMEs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in LCI and Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of work processes related to these areas<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of multi-discipline requirements, data flow and processes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Proficient in engineering tools<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with adjacent areas like 3D modeling and digitalisation<\/li>\n<li>Structured and organized<\/li>\n<li>Motivated and capable of inspiring others<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and eager to find solutions and try new things<\/li>\n<li>Quick to learn new concepts<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing and able to build trust quickly<\/li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork skills, especially for complex tasks and dependencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are an engaged and solution-oriented person who wants to contribute to modernizing and digitalizing work methodologies, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<p>Location: Stavanger<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
