{"id":21722,"date":"2025-05-31T23:13:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-31T21:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-project-completion-engineer-3004190\/"},"modified":"2025-05-31T23:13:13","modified_gmt":"2025-05-31T21:13:13","slug":"senior-project-completion-engineer-3004190","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-project-completion-engineer-3004190\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Project Completion Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Senior Project Completion Engineer <\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3>General Job Description<\/h3>\n<p>The consultant will fill the role of a LUDN Coordinator, responsible for engaging and performing Completion and Commissioning activities related to the fabrication testing, documentation preparation and system testing of topside equipment with special attention to Heat Trace and Insulation scope.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Position Purpose<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Role to ensure completion and commissioning requirements of all process systems, meeting all Company&#039;s project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for establishing and following up PIMS&#039;s LUDN system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Overall responsible for rotating equipment systems, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm System Lead on dedicated EIT systems<\/li>\n<li>Verify Construction Field installations are according to design\/ISO\/P&amp;ID&#039;s in collaboration with System Lead<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge\/knowledge of reading\/understanding P&amp;ID&#039;s and ISO&#039;s\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down\/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate check-out\/execution of static commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Plan and facilitate Dynamic Commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>According to good Alliance practice, ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Daily reporting to the Commissioning System Lead regarding ongoing Commissioning activities<\/li>\n<li>Updates of Master Dossier for P&amp;ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead&#039;s instructions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the collection of documentation related to Hand-over according to the System Lead&#039;s instructions<\/li>\n<li>Contribute and advice related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning<\/li>\n<li>Follow up LUDN module in PIMS, and set up LUDN according to project requirements\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Process Systems Commissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Provide guidance and direction to the Process Commissioning Team, contributing in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Witness contractor\/supplier tests as necessary (FAT\/SAT)<\/li>\n<li>Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the commissioning scope.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a smooth transition from Project to Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Qualification requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc. Or MSc in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education \/ experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from Field&#039;s operations is of great benefit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Essential experience and job requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track record of engineering competence and delivery in the Oil &amp; Gas industry and able to demonstrate effective project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage and lead a team of professionals<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems and document management systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning engineers &amp; technicians.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The Project Completion Engineer will agree goals for his\/her performance with the Commissioning System Lead Process.
