data quality metrics to assess performance&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Drive\/support user adoption of standards and ways of working&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Loading data into subsurface systems&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Be well versed in Company DM strategy and practices&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and coordinate training needs as well as mentoring and training users&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to improvement initiatives&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Provide silent running support&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining decision data in Master systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s or Master&#039;s Degree within subsurface discipline&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience within Data Management&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and troubleshooting skills with creativity and ability to critical thinking and problem solving&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Schlumberger suite of applications \u2013 Petrel, Petrel Studio, Techlog, Techlog Studio&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Other subsurface systems an advantage, eg EDM Compass, IC&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Well Data Management&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Oil &amp;
