The department is supporting several investment projects in Stavanger, Oslo, Bergen and Stj\u00f8rdal. We can offer Information &amp; Data management work in a highly skilled working environment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tasks and responsibilities \t<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure handling of information and documentation according to Company security requirements\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the information and data management function in investment projects according to Company best practice\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure traceability of all business-critical documentation from DG0 to DG4\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure current and future retrieval of project documentation\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Establish routines and implement systems for all business critical technical and administrative documentation in project teams incl. sites\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and traceable flow of technical documentation between the different parties within the project\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Establish and implement plan and procedure for information and data management in projects\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training of all project personnel in information and data management routines and systems\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform system access administration in line with Company security guidelines and policies\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that information and data management requirements are included in all contracts in the project\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the contract evaluation process\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic project contract archive\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Execute information and data management verifications, audits and assessments of contractors\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Organize IDM self-assessments\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>information and data management has the overall responsibility for establishing document templates and following up the process in the Project Management System\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Inform project on Information &amp; Data Management issues\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure communication and cooperation with relevant stakeholders (eg project owner, line management, advisor, project management, LCI, QRM, Procurement, Engineering, Operations)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Produce information and data management report, giving an overview of all documentation produced in the project\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support retrieval and experience transfer with other projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Competence Requirements \t<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s or master&#039;s degree in library and Information Science or Information Management or similar educational background.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>In addition, 5 years of experience from energy development projects is preferable.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Personal qualities: Proactive, systematic, accountable and collaborative \u00b7 Courageous, Open, Collaborative and Caring\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability and interest in working in national and international multidiscipline project teams\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Team player and motivator\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Mobile, and with good abilities to work under pressure and meet deadlines\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>High ethical awareness and integrity\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>SSU focused\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Simplification and improvement focused\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
