These teams support our Well Construction Process and D&amp;W operations with work location Stavanger &amp; Bergen. The department is responsible for planning and execution of Interventions, P&amp;A, Drilling, Completion and Subsea of new wells on Fixed platforms and Mobile installations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Engineer is responsible for planning and design work related to the planned operations. The engineer shall (but not limited to):&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Provide the key planning for execution of Drilling &amp; Well activities. Support and follow-up of ongoing daily operations&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perform experience transfer and well reporting&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Work in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend required equipment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Offshore travel on request&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#039;s or bachelor&#039;s degree within relevant technical disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Valid Offshore Safety Course (required for some roles) (HPHT experience is an advantage)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Valid IWCF (required for some roles)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Compliance\/Completion to internal competence requirements&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Personal Qualities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Team builder where co-operation and teamwork are essential&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>A structured approach regarding planning, coordinating and executing activities&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Performance driven and commercial mind-set&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and analytical skills&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>A lean mindset&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to live by our safety and security expectations&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Contract period: 04.08.25 (after agreement) \u2013 04.08.26.
