In Information Management we provide efficient operations, supporting our customer requirements<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This role will provide Information Management for maintenance, modifications and purchase orders in Operations.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Core duties:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and perform activities to efficiently and systematically manage information from vendors and Assets. This includes revision control, retention requirements and review\/approval workflows if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support in processes and IT tools. Respond to consumers&#039; requests, eg, finding, updating, categorization etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Superuser for system configuration in Pims and interface to Aveva.<\/li>\n<li>Advise in lifecycle requirements for documents and metadata.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up requests in React, Service Now and common mailboxes.<\/li>\n<li>Drive improvements within Document Management in operations to increase quality and availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in document and information management<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Document management and LCI systems, preferably PIMS and Aveva<\/li>\n<li>User experience in Office 365 products and especially Teams and SharePoint<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital interfaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Skills \/ Abilities \/ Knowledge:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge about LCI in operation\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of E&amp;P company&#039;s value chain<\/li>\n<li>Solution-oriented and flexible<\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Certifications or languages:<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Norwegian language, written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, written and spoken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Personal qualities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured and quality oriented<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration skills and team player attitude<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, takes initiative, drives work forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Does this sound like something for you?
