Business Services Procurement is a vital and integrated part of the Company&#039;s business and you will have an important and valued role as we handle important risk and influence agreements of great technical and commercial value.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Roles and Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A Contract Lead is responsible for the Company&#039;s procurement activities related to establishing and managing agreements. Contract Lead holds the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers. As Contract Lead you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead contract establishment\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Lead inquiry processes (strategy, inquiry, evaluation, negotiation)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Act as commercial leader in tender processes\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implement and operationalize new agreements (frame agreements and single source) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for Company<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risk (safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational tasks\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As Contract Lead you will conduct\/facilitate strategic workshops, risk assessment, stakeholder management by working closely with the business line.
