The role is crucial in the transition from construction to commissioning and operation, and shall facilitate a safe, seamless and efficient handover of systems and equipment in the project. At the same time, the position entails responsibility for coordinating MC processes on Site, motivating the team and contributing to continuous operation through shift work<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Location<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Primarily at the facilities in \u00c5rskog \u2013 rotation \u2013 and B\u00f8rdalen (Samnanger) \u2013 rotation, with some travel between locations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Areas of responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and follow up on MC activities according to the project progress plan and system structure.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate mechanical completion processes, especially within Electrical and HVAC, on Site.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that MC packages are completed, documented and delivered according to project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the commissioning team for seamless transition from MC to commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development, maintenance and use of MC processes and procedures in PIMS or similar system.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, risk assessments and technical clarifications.<\/li>\n<li>Report status and deviations to MC Lead and project management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all necessary MC certificates and documentation are available and correct.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to maintaining a motivated and positive work culture among team members.<\/li>\n<li>Work shifts to ensure continuous operational coverage on Site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical college or engineering education in mechanical, electrical, automation or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5\u201310 years of experience from MC work in oil and gas projects, preferably offshore and\/or Power from Shore.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with MC processes, project coordination and use of completion tools such as PIMS.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of interdisciplinary work, system-oriented completion and relevant standards (NORSOK, ATEX, IEC, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the PIMS system and experience with project hotels is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Leadership experience and ability to motivate the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Personal characteristics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured, solution-oriented and proactive with high execution ability.<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively across disciplines and organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Motivating and inspiring, with a strong focus on creating a positive team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Confident in the role of coordinator, driver and leader.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0HSE focused and quality conscious.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be part of a strong technical team with skilled colleagues who can assist in the projects.
