This is a 5-6 month assignment based in Stavanger, with possibilities for extension. <\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Purchasing and supply chain related product and project coordination:<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the receipt of client products, checking firmware and software versions. Updating products and labeling to confirm revisions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain database of product revisions, working with R&amp;D to confirm the currently released versions are deployed.<\/li>\n<li>Checking and updating 3rd party hardware with the latest firmware version prior to goods being shipped to site.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities for projects across Europe for the supply team members based in Norway, including placing orders, booking shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure they are informed about changes and status of firmware for deliveries and shipping schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the global supply chain team\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with suppliers and partners on processes, pricing, and deployment models<\/li>\n<li>Actively update manufacturers&#039; pricing on the MS Dynamics 365 ERP system to ensure pricing is current and accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels for warehouse location, coordinate replenishments<\/li>\n<li>Reporting inventory levels monthly, conducting cycle counts and end of quarter stock valuations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Required qualifications and qualities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree or trade certificate in Supply Chain Management, logistics, economics and administration or similar.
