Purpose of the position is to plan, prepare and deliver required strategy, procedures and documentation needed to carry out FFA Commissioning activities on the project&#039;s Fire &amp; Gas Systems.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Position Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in ensuring completions and commissioning requirements of all Company&#039;s projects are carried out safely, efficiently by FFA and ensure they meet all Company&#039;s project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to the Project Completion Strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance and direction to relevant disciplines ensuring that a high level of focus is maintained on health, safety, and the environment to achieve Company&#039;s expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of commissioning support to project as required including ensuring sufficient manning according to project needs.<\/li>\n<li>When required act as the site Commissioning Authority during the commissioning phases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>As part of the project&#039;s Commissioning SAS Team, the Commissioning Engineer F&amp;G Systems is responsible for:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, schedules, costs estimate associated with the commissioning scope for relevant F&amp;G deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Contribute and advice related to Fire &amp; Gas testing and verification input to overall Completion strategy and planning. Ensuring compliance with the Company&#039;s additional requirements and relevant performance standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage relevant contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Fire &amp; Gas System Commissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>In cooperation with relevant disciplines and package teams, provide relevant knowledge and participation related to:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Witness contractor\/supplier tests as necessary (FAT\/SAT)<\/li>\n<li>Follow up field installation ensuring correct quality and scheduled installation according to Commissioning schedule<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review, and implement F&amp;G commissioning procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the commissioning scope on site and offshore<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.<\/li>\n<li>At site(s) and Offshore, Lead and coordinate the Commissioning test team in connection with dynamic commissioning<\/li>\n<li>Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualification requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc. Or MSc in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education \/ experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from Fields&#039; operations is of great benefit.<\/li>\n<li>Documented Ex competence with valid classroom courses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Location: This position is fully mobile with base location onshore office Stord.
