{"id":21960,"date":"2025-10-16T10:13:17","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T08:13:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/xt-site-engineer-3004401\/"},"modified":"2025-10-16T10:13:17","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T08:13:17","slug":"xt-site-engineer-3004401","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/xt-site-engineer-3004401\/","title":{"rendered":"XT Site Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>XT Site Engineer<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3>Key Tasks and Responsibilities\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain familiarity with SPS XT type vendors, equipment, processes, and facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the 2017+ standard.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and follow up on surveillance and audits for contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors according to the XT discipline\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Surveillance Plan, ITP, and other relevant guidelines, to verify contractor performance and compliance with the EPC contract requirements, in coordination with the Quality Lead.<\/li>\n<li>Review contractor and vendor ITPs for fabrication and manufacturing stages.<\/li>\n<li>Understand contractor project procedures and processes to confirm alignment with the SPS contract scope of work.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and submit weekly reports to Project QA and SPS-XT Leads in Oslo.<\/li>\n<li>Organize weekly quality meetings with the Contractor Project Quality Representative.<\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly Company\/Contractor L2L meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Verify that contractors conduct QC inspections at sub-contractors and vendors in accordance with contract requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Review contractor QC inspection reports and take necessary actions as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and verify inspections, tests, FATs, and communication tests to establish confidence in procured equipment and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Issue inspection checklists, record forms, and factory acceptance forms where required.<\/li>\n<li>Review technical documentation relevant to the x-mas tree system discipline, when applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in design and procedure reviews as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional tasks related to the X-mas Tree discipline as directed by the SPS-XT Lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Specific competence requirements\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Higher education \/ University or relevant experience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within the offshore industry, including minimum 3 years Oil &amp; Gas experience. Subsea project experience is preferred.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Work location: Main worksite \u00c5gotnes, with traveling to sites Lysaker\/ Kongsberg\/ \u00c5gotnes\/ Dunfirmline.
