{"id":22148,"date":"2026-04-17T16:12:44","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T14:12:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-project-completion-engineer-3004455\/"},"modified":"2026-04-17T16:12:44","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T14:12:44","slug":"senior-project-completion-engineer-3004455","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/senior-project-completion-engineer-3004455\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Project Completion Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Senior Project Completion Engineer <\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Main tasks:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain safe working routines during execution of construction and commissioning to ensure that all work performed is made in full compliance with project PfS safety regulation to maintain project PfS objectives of zero incidents, injuries, and losses.<\/li>\n<li>Review contractors\u2019 installation procedures for Electrical apparatus.<\/li>\n<li>Participate during establishment of contractors commissioning team with competence and capacity to perform commissioning on the electrical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for reviewing and creating commissioning procedures on dedicated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Issue and maintain commissioning boundary documentation for efficient construction and commissioning schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the commissioning activities during all phase to enable a safe and efficient commissioning execution of electrical systems.<\/li>\n<li>Secure sufficient training and development of personnel within the commissioning organisation related to electrical installations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure relevant training certification of contractors personnel in relation to working on or near HV apparatus.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in MC verification of equipment and packages in order to obtain Ready for Commissioning status to secure a smooth transfer of Commissioning Packages from Construction to Commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up punch work in the field and punch list documentation and clearance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that drawings\/documents are marked up with changes identified during commissioning and that as-built documentation is updated accordingly by responsible contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Experience transfer from\/to other relevant projects and towards the base organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and follow up risks and opportunities related to construction and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and verify all procedures and work instructions used during commissioning and ensure that those are well understood by relevant personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assessment of provisions for commissioning in design.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and maintain a close and good relationship to contractor and operation.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, execute, and supervise the performance of commissioning activities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handover of the facility to Operation by issuing RFOC (Ready for Operation Certificates).<\/li>\n<li>Participating in development of strategies, budget, plans\/schedules, procedures, routines, ATS requirements, FAT, UFAT, RISK and work processes for commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Execute commissioning according to Company governing documents.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and propose needed temporaries for commissioning execution.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend Commissioning SPIR.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in relevant engineering and construction meetings to obtain and ensure commissioning task execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Result and safety oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Experience from oil and gas projects.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of FEF &amp;
