Alternatively, a Technical College degree with extensive experience in Engineering projects on the Norwegian Oil and Gas industry.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore-related projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in engineering design.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
