{"id":22439,"date":"2026-02-20T23:12:50","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T22:12:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/logistic-coordinator-3004565\/"},"modified":"2026-02-20T23:12:50","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T22:12:50","slug":"logistic-coordinator-3004565","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/logistic-coordinator-3004565\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Logistics Coordinator<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Purchasing and supply chain related product and project coordination:<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities for projects across Europe for the supply team members based in Norway, including placing orders, booking shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure they are informed about changes and status of firmware for deliveries and shipping schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the global supply chain team\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with suppliers and partners on processes, pricing, and deployment models<\/li>\n<li>Actively update manufacturers&#039; pricing on the MS Dynamics 365 ERP system to ensure pricing is current and accurate.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Warehouse and inventory:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels for warehouse location, coordinate replenishments<\/li>\n<li>Reporting inventory levels monthly, conducting cycle counts and end of quarter stock valuations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&nbsp;<strong>Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A professional attitude and respectful attire are required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Windows platform tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word<\/li>\n<li>Experience with, or understanding of, the Audio-Visual or IT Industry would be valued.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise creative thinking to advance business performance<\/li>\n<li>Technical interest and understanding \u2013 willingness to learn new skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented and organised, good customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills.
