{"id":22440,"date":"2026-02-15T23:12:30","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T22:12:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/quality-and-risk-manager-3004566\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T23:12:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T22:12:30","slug":"quality-and-risk-manager-3004566","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vegaconsultants.no\/en\/jobbsoker\/ledige-stillinger\/quality-and-risk-manager-3004566\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality and risk manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='vacancy-detail'>\n<div class='bold'>Vega Consultants AS<\/div>\n<div class='bold'>Quality and risk manager<\/div>\n<div class='vacancy-body'>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the clients Business Management System &amp; Quality Management System (Business Online), including communication with external system providers for support and changes \/ improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee, assist and lead the Creation, Implementation, and Maintenance of QHSE policies, processes\/procedures in compliance with legal and industry standards (including with ISO 14001, 27001 and 45001).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and staff compliance with applicable quality standards and customer QHSE contractual requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead continuous improvement processes across all departments in the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and conduct internal and external audits (eg, ISO 9001), and management reviews to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead risk assessments, implement risk-mitigating actions, and conduct thorough incident investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Address non-conformities effectively with root cause analyzes to prevent recurrence and enhance QHSE performance.<\/li>\n<li>Represent company in gap analysis vs. API certified QMS (owner group), collaborate with QHSE to harmonize processes and procedures as requested and necessary. Ensure that policies align with group policies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Magnet JQS registration and lead ISO and other certification processes. Responsible for gap analysis and work to achieve compliance with ISO 14001, 27001 and 45001.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for carrying out supplier audits.
